Record an Onboarding
This records when somebody started. PULSE has never held a hire date, so every day
before a person joined has been counted against their crew on the Supervisor Scorecard and
the Team Metrics page. A start date recorded here is what stops that.
It also takes the start date of somebody already working here, which is how the people
who were hired before PULSE existed get a date at all. Choose which of the two this is below.
âš This form records what was done. It does not create a PULSE account, assign a
position or issue anything. An administrator does that in User Management, the same way an
administrator has to open a new account for a rehire: recording a return here does not
reopen an account an offboarding closed.
