Offboarding

This records when somebody left. PULSE has never held a departure date, so a technician who has left currently drops out of every window on the Supervisor Scorecard and the Team Metrics page, including weeks they genuinely worked. A last day recorded here gives those weeks back and takes away only the ones after it.

If they have a PULSE account, closing it needs a separate permission, "Close a PULSE Account on Offboarding", on top of this one. Record the departure here regardless.
