Employment Records

Benching somebody takes them out of the JSA and timesheet denominators for the days they are away, without closing their PULSE account or losing their history. An expected return date is a guess for a human to read; nobody is put back to work automatically when it passes. An actual return is its own recorded action.

A departure is recorded in two places and neither writes the other: an administrator setting a position to "No Longer Employed at 3S" in User Management, and a last day worked recorded on the offboarding form. These are the people whose two records do not match.
