Edit a Farm's Customer Label

Relabels the customer name shown for a farm, or fills in the customer for the first time on a farm still waiting on one. Filling in a customer is recorded and can be reversed by an administrator if it turns out to be wrong — ask for that by name, there is no undo button here yet.

Merge Two Farms

Retires one farm and moves everything it holds onto another. This rewrites which farm every one of the retired farm's phases and stored strings resolve to — a person's decision, never automatic.
